Thomson Instrument Company SINGLE StEP Empty Columns (patented) are available in a wide range of sizes that allow for seamless connection to FPLC/LPLC/MPLC systems. These columns are designed for use with Gravity or FPLC/LPLC/MPLC (up to 200 PSI) in sizes that range from 10mL-650mL (4g – 300g). Both top & bottom connections are standard Luer fittings. Thomson also offers a 1.2L resin reservoir that simplifies column loading.
